Meet Leneé

Leneé Thomas is a mother of four, a powerhouse entrepreneur, and a professional development leader with over 20 years of experience in business, real estate, and financial services. While motherhood will always be her greatest role, Leneé has also built a reputation as a results-driven strategist and speaker—bridging boardroom insight with real-world impact.

Her entrepreneurial journey started early. Raised by a family of business-savvy parents and a grandmother deeply rooted in real estate, Leneé was exposed to business ownership before she could fully spell it. From shadowing bookkeeping tasks to watching real estate deals unfold, she absorbed lessons that would eventually shape her professional path.

After graduating from high school in Indianapolis, she studied Business Administration with a Marketing concentration and an Accounting minor from schools in Indiana and South Carolina. In the early 2000's, she entered the financial industry as a bank teller, quickly rising through roles in business credit, tax prep, bookkeeping, and stock market trading.

But it was in 2014 that Leneé made the bold decision to walk away from the comfort of the corporate world and pursue what truly lit her up—entrepreneurship and real estate. Leveraging her early exposure and combining it with modern-day strategies, Leneé has since led her team through dozens of residential and commercial transactions across the U.S.

Her work is rooted in service: helping families in tough situations craft graceful exit strategies, and helping investors find their next profitable opportunity. Her goal is always a win-win—and it shows.

By 2018, Leneé began teaching, coaching, and speaking more intentionally. She now operates several businesses under the Allstar brand and Leneé Thomas, LLC—bringing her knowledge to schools, corporations, and conference stages alike. Her RADICAL leadership framework and her business coaching model reflect everything she’s learned in the field, on the clock, and in the trenches.

When she’s not coaching a client, analyzing a deal, or delivering a keynote, you’ll find her spending quality time with her kids or crushing a high-intensity workout. Whether in the classroom or the closing room, Leneé shows up with excellence, energy, and a clear purpose: to empower others to lead boldly and build lasting legacies.
